About Marsha

Local knowledge. Honest advice. Sincere service.

Marsha Weeks grew up on a family farm in rural Prince Edward Island and is both a proud Islander and a proud farmer’s daughter. She often reflects on the lessons her father taught her growing up — the importance of hard work, respect, honesty, and simply being yourself — values that continue to guide how she approaches both life and her work today.

Raised on a PEI farm, Marsha understands that property is often more than just real estate — it’s history, family, and a place where life happens.

Today, Marsha helps clients buy and sell real estate across Prince Edward Island, working with both local Islanders and people relocating to PEI who are discovering the Island lifestyle for the first time.

With a background in business, sales, and marketing, Marsha brings both professionalism and creativity to her real estate work. She has a keen eye for marketing and storytelling, believing that every property has something unique to offer. Marsha takes pride in presenting homes and properties in a way that highlights what makes them special and helps them stand out in the marketplace.

Marsha is known for her warm, down-to-earth personality, attention to detail, and her ability to guide clients through the buying and selling process with clarity and care. She understands the trust that comes with helping someone purchase a home, sell a family property, or make an investment, and works hard to ensure her clients feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Since 2013, Marsha has also worked as a Prince Edward Island wedding officiant, a role she absolutely loves. Being part of such meaningful moments in people’s lives is something she never takes for granted. Helping people through life’s important milestones — whether it’s a wedding day or finding the right home — is truly what she enjoys most.

When she’s not working with clients, Marsha enjoys playing the fiddle and spending time with her nephews and niece, staying connected to the traditions and community that make Prince Edward Island such a special place to live.

Whether you’re buying, selling, relocating to PEI, or searching for land, a farm, or an investment property, Marsha would be happy to help.

Helping people find their place on Prince Edward Island is something she’s truly grateful to do.
